Make a Virtual Appointment

The Financial Aid Office is accepting virtual appointments to discuss your financial aid applications and general financial aid queries.

To schedule an appointment:

1. Select an available date and time to meet with a counselor.
2. Include your general questions or concerns in the notes for your appointment.
3. Also include the preferred counselor based on your area of concern and we will accommodate that based on availability.

• Jennifer Davis – Merit Aid Recipients (Questions regarding the merit award application and selection processes should be directed to the Office of Admissions.)
• Drake Breeden – Law Students, Loans, Need-Based Aid
• Shanice Hardy – Federal and State Grants, QuestBridge, Need-Based Aid

Veteran Benefits and Yellow Ribbon inquiries should be directed to Martha Rowsey, Senior Financial Aid Counselor, at merowsey@wlu.edu.

Work study inquiries should be directed to studentemployment@wlu.edu.
