Make a Virtual Appointment

    The Financial Aid Office is accepting virtual appointments to discuss general financial aid queries or specific questions regarding your W&L financial aid award.

    Please note – Financial aid appeals require the submission of the Notification of Special Circumstances form (NSC), and you are not required to make an appointment to submit the appeal. The completed NSC form should be submitted as an email attachment ( or uploaded to our secure site. Contact the FA office at (540) 458-8717 for details. The NSC form can be found here:

    To schedule an appointment:
    1. Determine which financial aid counselor is the best fit for your specific questions. Keep in mind that all counselors can address most issues.
    2. Select an available date and time to meet with that counselor.
    3. Include your general questions or concerns in the notes for your appointment.
